Now that you’ve got the blaster, or thinking of picking one up. Here’s a basic guide to get started using it and keeping it well maintained for a smoother experience.

First Steps

  1. Assembling your blaster – This blaster will come in parts to be assembled with its super cool tool-less pin takedown system. No tools are required for the initial assembly.
  2. Setting up HPA system – Make sure to have all connections securely screwed in tight. An incomplete connection of any of the systems such as the bottle to the regulator will result in either a lackluster performance or a complete failure to cycle the action. Make sure your lines are clean and functional.
  3. Go through the basic operations guide to start blasting.

Basic Operation

  1. Loading darts and magazine – As this is a shell ejecting blaster, you will need to load your shells up with darts. Make sure the darts are placed in the correct orientation. Then you may insert the shells into the double stacked magazine. This can be simply done by pushing the shells into the magazine, and the standard magazine will hold 15 rounds.
  2. Chambering your first round – Unlike most nerf blasters, you will need to chamber your first round before firing. This means after inserting the magazine, and ensuring it is fully inserted by checking its location in the breech or if the magazine no longer can move upwards.

To chamber the round, pull the bolt’s charging handle backwards and release quickly. You should not baby this blaster, it is made to be handled. A light push forward with the charging handle may increase the likelihood of a poor chamber and cause the round to not fully seat. Which will cause poor performance and/or failure to cycle.
  3. Firing – The trigger needs to pulled hard and completely. A half or light pull may result in firing failures and issues. On this note, be sure to take the blaster off of safe mode on the fire-selection switch. The bottom most notch is for semi auto, the middle notch is for full auto, and the upper notch is for safe.
    • Semi auto – Each trigger pull will result in a round fired and cycled.
    • Full auto – So long as the trigger is held down, the blaster will continuously fire and cycle rounds.
    • Safe – The trigger is locked, and the blaster cannot be fired. Note, this is simply a lock on the trigger, and does not make the blaster safe. You must always practice good safety handling when operating this blaster.
  4. Reloading – Once the blaster has spent all of its rounds, its bolt will either lock back onto the magazine, or via the bolt locking mechanism depending on the configuration you have selected. The default operation is to lock back on the bolt lock mechanism.
    • To begin reloading, press any of the 3 triggers to activate the mag release mechanism. There is the 2 part lever located in front of the trigger guard along the bottom of the magwell. As well as a button mag release located on the right side of the receiver above the trigger finger.
    • After a new magazine is inserted, depending on the bolt’s current state, you will need to either drop the bolt onto the magazine to chamber a new round, or you will need to manually rack the slide to do the same.
  5. Rinse and repeat
