Q – Why haven’t I received my order yet?
A – Most orders have an 8-12 week lead time, meaning it can take up to three months to receive your items. If your order has still not arrived after three months, please email us at info@shellingtonlabs.com, or visit our contact page and submit a request for assistance. Shellington Labs is a small team that produces everything in-house and has a substantial volume of orders; we appreciate your patience and understanding.


Q – Do you offer custom color configurations?
A – No, we do not currently accept requests for custom color combinations. As an alternative, we offer part variations for all of our blasters in various colors, which can be included as an add-on or purchased separately at any time. We also sell STEP files for multiple components, which you’re welcome to print yourself in any color.


Q – Do you offer international shipping?
A – We sell to most countries, excluding China & Russia, but are not responsible for any VAT, customs, or import fees. Please note that once the package has left the U.S.A., we cannot guarantee the condition of the items included in the order due to potential customs inspections and increased handling risk. 


Q – My blaster broke or isn’t working. What should I do?
A – Please visit our support page for troubleshooting steps or more information about requesting a repair.


Q – Do you offer sponsorships or free product evaluations?
A – We do not offer free product evaluations and are not currently accepting new sponsorship applications at this time.
